Strategic growth continues as Celtic Bank names Rich Wilkinson to the SBA and Commercial Lending department

SALT LAKE CITY, UT, July 12, 2013 – Celtic Bank today announced that it has names Rich Wilkinson as Business Development Officer for the SBA (Small Business Administration) and Commercial Lending department to address its growing Utah market. Wilkinson reports to Executive Vice President, Craig Calafati.
