Jeff Rauth grew up in a family of entrepreneurs. His mother owned a garage business for 20 years, and his father owned a small chemical company for 30 years that worked with auto manufactures. Jeff more than understands the life of the small business owner—he’s lived in it.

He began his career in the commercial real estate business in 2000 and has been on the SBA side of the industry since 2007. In his seven years as a commercial mortgage broker, he partnered with many of the nation’s top SBA lenders. He has closed hundreds of deals helping many small business owners achieve their goals.
