Matt Damian is a business lending expert with over 20 years of success in both the SBA and commercial real estate finance arenas. Since 2001, Matt has assisted business owners across a wide variety of industries with their financing needs, including real estate purchase and refinance, ground up construction of commercial real estate, business expansion, business acquisition financing, partner buyouts and select startup projects. As a former SBA Division founder and manager, Matt provides unique insights that have proven to add value to most projects and use-cases.
Matt holds both a B.S. in Finance and an MBA from the California State University system and is a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School.
