Nathan Ray began his SBA lending career with an operational focus. He’s been responsible for all aspects of eligibility review, closing due diligence collection and review, and direct facilitation of loan closings between all parties related.

Since 2006, Nathan has helped small business owners with business acquisitions, commercial real estate purchases and improvements, debt refinances, and start-up financing. Over the years, he has specialized in various industries, including FedEx/delivery services, gas station/c-store, hospitality, and liquor stores.

Before joining Celtic Bank, Nathan held the position of AVP SBA loan origination officer with Huntington National Bank, an Ohio-based Top 5 SBA Lender and SBA Closing Coordinator prior to that promotion.

Nathan obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from Franklin University and completed his undergraduate degree from Mount Vernon Nazarene University.
